    This is what to do.
Matthew 19:4  “...he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, v5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they shall be one flesh....v6 Wherefore they are no more twain but one flesh.  What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”
Genesis 2:24  “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.”
Mark 10:6  “...from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.  v7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife.  v8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.  v9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”
Ephesians 5:31  “For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife and they two shall be one flesh.”
Romans 7:2  “...the woman which hath an husband  is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.  v3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.”
Leviticus 20:10  “And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.”
Ephesians 5:21   “Submit...yourselves one to another in the fear of God.”  v25 “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;”
    Don’t do this...
Matthew 19:6 and Mark 10:9  “What therefore God had joined together, let not man put asunder.”
    This is adultery.
Mark 10:11  “Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.  v12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.”
Matthew 5:32  “...whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.”
Luke 16:17  “And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than for one tittle of the law to fail.  v18 Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.”
    This causes adultery.
Matthew 5:32   “But I say unto you, that whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.” [If the divorce occurs in response to adultery it did not cause the original adultery.] [I believe “causeth her to” means “tempts”.]
    One may remarry if:
Romans 7:3  “...but if her husband be dead...she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.”
    This causes divorce.
Mark 10:4  “And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement....v5 Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.  v6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.  v7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; v8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.  v9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”
Matthew 19:8  “Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
    This ends a marriage.
Romans 7:1  “...the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth...v2 the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.  v3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.”
