Salvation

Any inclination to do right and

any act of love we perform

comes from God the Father, the Son, the  Holy Spirit.

Together they created us.  Note 1

Our whole world is guided and sustained by them.

Each living creature created, lives, empowered by them.

So, we can say that our salvation is a gift from God.

We have been badly misled.  Note 2

Jesus came to earth so that we could believe confidently in Him.  Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Peter, and James, wrote the facts of their experience with Jesus, His death, and what they heard him say.   We are saved by knowing and believing Jesus and receiving His Spirit.            Note 3

We pray and study to learn, understand, and be filled with His words and spirit and actions.  When we see the value of the gospel, we want that treasure for ourselves!    Note 4

We enter His heavenly kingdom by knowing enough of the Three, to respect and love them, obey their instructions, desire and accept their spirit in ourselves.  Note 5

The salvation of God’s people will not be complete until they, and the earth too, has been made new.         Note 6                                      pb    1 / 2025

To know my Jesus

Is to love my Jesus

The sunshine of His smile

Can make your life worthwhile

To know, really know Him

Is to love, really love Him

Know Him too

And you'll love Him too.
