Son Remember that Thou in Thy Lifetime Receiveth Thy Good Things

Lord give me to walk with thee
Along life’s narrow way,
Ever close companions we
In concord every day.
And when the glad tomorrow
Shall dawn with radiant light
The end of sin and sorrow
The triumph of the right.
Then in thy presence always
My soul new heights shall gain
Along thy blissful pathways
No sin, no death, no pain.
Earth’s troubles all forgotten
Earth’s tears all shed and dried,
As sons of God begotten,
For whom our savior died.
